State Champs have released a brand new video today for ‘Frozen,’ which captures their epic combination of high-voltage pop punk across their biggest headline shows to date in the US.”We wanted to do a live video with our old pal Elliott for a couple of reasons. One, we missed him. Two, because we believe our live set is an important element to our songs. They slap on record but really come to life live.” says guitarist Tyler.
The bands last UK show saw them headlining the legendary Roundhouse, London but they will be going back to their roots this weekend with a handful of special intimate gigs, including a not-so-small performance at Download Festival before going back to Europe for some headliner shows and festival appearances. “We wanted to go back to the type of shows we’ve always loved to play.” says singer Derek. “Hot, sweaty, intimate, energetic small gigs where we can scream in each other’s faces. Come stage dive.”
