As a pioneer of the Traumacore movement in music, she’s also a survivor of an assault that changed her life. SkyDxddy uses her music to navigate her mental health journey, healing from her trauma through filter-less anthems of honesty and empowerment. “My music tells my story,” she says. “And when I decide to get graphic about it, I will, and I have in the past. But what I’m creating with Traumacore is so much more than just my story.”
