Hardcore band Worst Ways share frenetic new single ‘Never Know,’ announce ‘Self-titled’ debut album

Today, California hardcore band Worst Ways dropped their frenetic new single and video ‘Never Know’. The track serves as the second single from their upcoming debut album, ‘Worst Ways’, set for release November 1st through New Age Records.

‘Never Know’ is a ballistic anthem showcasing the punk leaning roots of the band. Clocking in at just under 120 seconds with a furious driving rhythm and relentless guitar riffs, this song serves as an ode to rejection and anxiety. The rapid-fire verse builds to an anthemic chorus, with some blisteringly heavy mosh parts thrown in for good measure. The official video, directed by Jarod Keel, adds a cinematic visual element to the tune, letting the track’s attitude show. Filmed at Sacramento’s famous Pancake Circus, the video lends a clever narrative to the deeply self aware lyrics of the song, co-written by long time friend Dan Vanderpool and the band’s vocalist Jonnie.
