Legendary US band CKY has lost a member, as bassist Matt Deis decided to step away from the group. The news is announced on the band’s official Facebook page. He was in the band from 2005 to 2010, and again from 2015 until now.
In a statement, Deis said: “Thank you to Cig, Jess, all of our hardworking crew & management, and the entire CKY Alliance for having me back these past two years. I’m stepping aside to focus on myself and my family so that CKY can continue their dominant return with nothing holding it back. I’m so proud of everything that’s been accomplished and I can’t wait to see what’s to come. Be sure to catch them in Europe this July and August while tickets are still available.”
