Last Night Saved My Life recruits Derek DiScanio for ‘Waterfall’

Mid-Michigan pop punk quintet Last Night Saved My Life shared the new single ‘Waterfall,’ featuring State Champs’ singer Derek DiScanio. The song is taken from the band’s upcoming debut album ‘Cherry.’ The single can be heard below.

Hailing from Mid-Michigan, Last Night Saved My Life are one of the Midwest’s foremost up-and-coming talents in the alternative scene. Seamlessly darting between pop-rock gems, and edgier, driving pop punk-influenced tracks, Last Night Saved My Life bring a well-honed balance of pop and alternative rock; emotive, hook-laden, and unabashedly catchy, the quintet achieves a heart-on-sleeve honesty without delving into the angstier, rawer realms of the genre.

Upcoming debut LP ‘Cherry’ is a superb debut full-length from a band ripe to emerge from the periphery of the pop-punk scene. Co-produced by Seth Henderson and State Champs Derek DiScanio, the upcoming record is a genuinely clever, lyrically vivacious, and magnificently executed pop gem, fit for anyone already ruing the conclusion of the Vans’ Warped Tour.
