Mike “Bam-Bam” Sversvold, the original drummer of legendary Phoenix skate punk band JFA, has passed away. The sad news was shared by the band.
On his socials, singer Brian Brannon shared: “Rip in peace Michael “Bam-Bam” Sversvold, the best dang Skate Rock drummer of the 80s, bar none. Seen here cruising some outer Phoenix banks in combat boots after JFA practice, circa 1983.”
