Talib Kweli and J. Rawls have recently performed ‘Native Sons’ on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ with the help of house band The Roots – the song appears on duo’s LP, ‘The Confidence Of Knowing’. Kweli and Rawls dropped ‘Native Sons’ last month – the single pays homage to the Native Tongues collective, which featured the Jungle Brothers, A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Queen Latifah, Monie Love, Black Sheep, and Chi Ali – check out the performance below!
