The Gaslight Anthem enlist PUP’s Stefan Babcock for a new single ‘Little Fires’

The Gaslight Anthem have released ‘Little Fires,’ the third single from their highly anticipated sixth studio album. This upcoming album, titled ‘History Books,’ is scheduled for release on October 27, marking the band’s return after a hiatus of over nine years since their last album, ‘Get Hurt,’ which was released in 2014.

‘Little Fires’ is a heartfelt punk anthem that delves into introspective themes. The song also boasts guest vocals from Stefan Babcock, the frontman of Toronto’s punk rock band PUP.

‘Little Fires’ is like the opposite end of the spectrum from the frustration you feel in ‘History Books’,” shares singer Brian Fallon.“It’s an empowerment song, about refusing to play along with the kind of people who always seem to be throwing a grenade into the room for no particular reason.”
